Still around...

Parka and dress: Zara Snood: H&M Belt: Mango Boots: Globus

This blog sometimes kind of feels deserted I know but I can assure you, we have no intentions of quitting this little hobby of ours anytime soon. It's just a little bit more difficult to post regularly now that I have started working at a new job and MiJi's away in Korea. Hope you'll stick around with us... ^^

Moving on to my outfit... I have worn this dress differently at my Master's graduation ceremony but the next day paired it up with a parka and this gorgeous leather tote to run some errands. During my studies I was always looking for a big leather tote to carry around school books and such. This caramel colored tote found it's ways to me a little bit too late to be used for this purpose but I think it'a also perfect for grocery shopping. It's sturdy and soft to touch at the same time and the color goes with so many others, which makes it a great allrounder bag. It can be purchased at Rothirsch's online shop. Besides leather goods they offer selected products in high quality material, designed to be a longtime companion.

I am happy to offer our readers a 10% discount code on everything at the Rothirsch online store. You can use the code STYLESEEKING to enjoy your discount. Valid until March 18th 2012.

Happy Sunday!

A little piece of Egypt in Seoul

Coat - H&M, Shawl - Saidi, Bag - Vintage

Who would have thought that this wonderful bright shawl is multifunctional - it can turn into a table cloth, bath towel or even into a curtain. The shawl looks like it's tenuous but the material is thick and therefore very suited for cold days. The golden shimmer of the Egyptian Saidi-Shawl refines every style. I'm in freezing Seoul right now and more than happy to have this muffler with me! Have a look at the whole collection with vibrant colors and patterns here!

On staying warm and dry

For the last two weeks we've been having very cold temperatures around -15 °C, so being really warm was most days more important than looking strikingly stylish. I opted for these lace-up Sorel boots which keep my feet so warm thanks to the sheep fur lining. I've actually been wearing them around town in Zurich even though when I received them I thought they weren't chic enough to wear in a city. Definitely changed my mind about that!
