Chanel Fall 2010 runway beauty

Chanel's Fall 2010 runway makeup
instantly caught my attention and I had to take a closer look at the eyes. Just as I expected, the makeup artists created a beautiful and surprising eye makeup whilst keeping the lips in a nude color. I have no clue about the technique but it looks like wet black eyeshadow or liquid eyeliner was patted on with a brush. Sort of looks like lace in my opinion.

I think I'll give this dramatic look a try, maybe for a night out. Please share your ideas if you know how this look could be achieved!

Ich würde versuchen eine Art Stempel anzufertigen und ihn immer wieder mit flüssigem Eye-Liner bepinseln...

Maybe you could lightly pat it on using a make up sponge?

Hi!

First off, sorry to post here, couldn't get email to work!

As part of my Final Major Project for my Fashion Journalism degree at UCA (Here's the link if you want to check it out http://www.ucreative.ac.uk/) I'm writing a piece on bloggers that I like and find interesting, and you're one of them!

I'd really like to include an A-Z of you two. So for example;
A is for ...
B is for ...
C is for ...
etc
Basically things that you love fashion/or beauty! :)

Would you be interested in this? It won't be getting published so just my marking tutors will see it. In any case I always ask permission before publishing any work I do. Though my course does publish a graduate magazine each year which you can see here http://issuu.com/fashionjournalism-uca/docs/segue_7

If this is something that you feel like doing then you can simply email me back your list at caraellen@fsmail.net

Best Wishes

Cara

love the make-up...looks like the advanced version of the classic smoky eyes.

i agree with kale. the outsides seem to have have been done with a mascara wand. though from looking at the pictures it seems the lacy affect is limited to the outsides, with the lid covered in black.

I would try applying a cream eyeshadow or eyeliner using your average eyeshadow applicator
