Past, present, future
This picture from the Raoul Spring 2010 campaign brought back memories of the internship I did last summer in Istanbul. The weather is really nice this afternoon so I'm going to a café to finally read the first issue of Vogue Türkiye that my dear blogger friend Yasemin sent me. I wish the weather was already warm enough to wear the outfit below but with tights it might work just as well.
I'm off enjoying some me-time and dreaming about my next internship...
Have a good start to the weekend everyone!

59th Floor
(Photos taken from the 59th floor of the '63 building' in Seoul. If you look out the window, everything's so quiet and peaceful..even if it's an illusion..I love it.)
It's past 1am right now here in Seoul and I got home from work about two hours ago..
The subway was SO crowded. It's crazy...
Good night everyone!

Saturday's Inspiration
I saved this picture of Kate Bosworth on my laptop as a DIY idea and totally forgot about it. Until today... I came across and showed it to my sister since I still have some studs left from ages ago. She's studding a sweater as I'm posting this! ^^ Can't wait to see the final result and take outfit pictures with it.
Wish you a nice weekend!

Chanel Fall 2010 runway beauty

Chanel's Fall 2010 runway makeup instantly caught my attention and I had to take a closer look at the eyes. Just as I expected, the makeup artists created a beautiful and surprising eye makeup whilst keeping the lips in a nude color. I have no clue about the technique but it looks like wet black eyeshadow or liquid eyeliner was patted on with a brush. Sort of looks like lace in my opinion.
I think I'll give this dramatic look a try, maybe for a night out. Please share your ideas if you know how this look could be achieved!

Two sides to every person
There has been a heavy snowfall last Saturday and even though the sun is shining, it's still pretty cold. Nevertheless I stepped out for a few minutes to have some pictures taken with my new bag. Remember that I told you we went to a flea market last week? Well, this is one of the treasures that found its way home to me.
I always had the idea to post some funny pictures that occur during a photo shoot because let's be honest, the ones I put up here mostly focus on the clothes and accessories and therefore have a frigid feel to them. So I decided to post one on my Twitter whenever there is a new outfit post! ^^

Say ya want to be with me, but show me my ring, baby let me think
I hardly wear silver jewelry, but the silver rings above with the turquoise gemstones are definitely must-haves. It would be interesting to mix them with the golden ones!
(rings are not from house of harlow 1960)
Abalone stations necklace, house of harlow 1960
I want to wear this beautiful necklace with an ivory-colored silk blouse! The collection by Nicole Richie really impressed me. I love the fact that the collection is inspired by the 60s and 70s. Therefore it includes not only cuffs, rings, necklaces and earrings but also unique headbands at a truly affordable price.
